I Hate Systems

Chapter 510 Inform Me First!

Chapter 510 Inform Me First!

Dwun, and in contrast, the Happy-Go-Lucky System stared in a daze, sitting ducks waiting for slaughter as Rhizen continued to happily steal their innate luck, turning it into his.

The reason he had become this overpowered against Dwun was due to the loosening up of the chains of Restriction Order on him. Thanks to that, he was able to wield thirty percent of his true power.

Moreover, Rhizen had done this in such an ingenious way that the two Grade 2 Systems beyond the Cultivation World didn\'t even notice anything amiss. All they sensed was Compass Carburettor\'s luck being suppressed by the luck of the System Hosts.

In truth, this was Rhizen creating such an illusion by manipulating the various forms of luck in his possession. And by possessing thirty percent of his true strength, this game of war was as good as done.

An hour later, Rhizen finished sucking Dwun dry of all his luck, causing the other party to become tremendously weak.

This was because he would no longer be assisted with luck. This meant that even for the most common of actions like walking, he would have to maintain complete focus to ensure he doesn\'t stop on a pebble of sorts that might cause him to slide, trip upon a small protrusion in the pavement, not step on anything undesirable along the way, etc.

Even regular people were mildly assisted by luck in their daily lives. Some, when they trip, would fall to the ground, yes, but they wouldn\'t be injured. Some would regain their balance while tripping, preventing an embarrassing fall. Some would fall and sustain a fracture, which normally wouldn\'t happen for a mere fall.

Sure, there was a difference in their reaction speed, but the minds of every one weren\'t always functioning in their optimal states. And this was where their luck played. The various results were due to their difference in luck, a formless concept that has always existed but just wasn\'t tangible.

And now, Dwun\'s luck was zero. This meant that anything related to chance, no matter how small or inconsequential would never benefit him.

"What is a Luck System without Luck?" Compass Carburettor muttered, using the Origin Art of Mind Connect to enter Dwun\'s mind, turning into the Mind Frog as he gazed at the figure of the Happy-Go-Lucky System, one that was originally a chirpy fawn.

But now, it trembled in fear while gazing at him. Shortly after, using the connection he left in the open, Rhizen too arrived within Dwun\'s mind, staring at their foe, "So, this is a System\'s original appearance."

"You can see past its exterior?" Compass Carburettor raised an eyebrow.

"I\'m not you. I can only see its external appearance." Rhizen replied before turning around to leave Dwun\'s mind, "I can do nothing here, so I\'ll take my leave."

"Sure." Compass Carburettor nodded before communicating through Secret Society, "Princess, how does a Luck System for a present sound?"

"Dad, I\'m almost thirty now…" Stencil\'s voice resounded before her tone turned a bit excited, "Send it to me! I want one!"

"Alright." He smiled, condensing Anthozoa as he pointed at the Happy-Go-Lucky System, "Be obedient, will ya?"

Immediately after, from the nozzle of Anthozoa shot out a dragon, extending like a voracious beast. Its tail was still within the nozzle while its head continued to bulge in response, turning large enough to gnaw onto the Happy-Go-Lucky System.

Like prey caught by its predator, the fawn could only tremble in fear as it was swallowed by the dragon before retreating into the gun.

The Happy-Go-Lucky System arrived within the Dimensional Space when Stencil leapt onto it immediately, placing her choker around its neck, causing it to struggle violently.

But the Dragon of System, Dota appeared before it, using System Punishment to weaken it, turning its struggles futile.

"Hey, don\'t kill it!" Stencil shouted.

"Once it\'s under your control, you can slowly grow it by feeding it Mental Energy. It\'s safer this way." Dota retorted.

The choker gushed out lightning bolts that drilled into the Happy-Go-Lucky System\'s body like snakes, slowly forming a nervous system in its body. And this nervous system ensured all its actions and thoughts were under her control.

Thereby, Stencil gained complete control over the Happy-Go-Lucky System, giggling as she hugged the trembling fawn, "Sooo cutee! Dad, this is the best!"

"There\'s seven more out there. Want me to catch them too?" Compass Carburettor grinned, feeling insanely smug all of a sudden upon seeing his daughter grinning happily.

"One is enough. I\'m not that spoiled, you know." Stencil rolled her eyes before waving her hands, "Now shoo! You still have work to do."

"Haha!" Laughing in response, Compass Carburettor exited Dwun\'s mind, standing before him as he patted his shoulder, "Get up."

"I…never felt this weak." Dwun didn\'t even move a muscle, staying still like a statue.

"Well, you just picked the wrong side, I guess." Compass Carburettor said, seeing Rhizen nod before flexing his arm, motioning for him to motivate the despairing man on the ground.

\'What do you want me to do?\' He glared at Rhizen before thinking of something, asking Dwun in all seriousness, "Do you want to fight Systems?"

"What will I get out of it?" Dwun said with a surprising tone of exhaustion.

"You can fight them to your desire. Rhizen is planning something interesting, you see…" Compass Carburettor had just begun to speak when he noticed that the sense of despair in Dwun had vanished like it was never there in the first place.

"Damn bro, that\'s epic!" Dwun exclaimed in shock, gazing at Rhizen and Compass Carburettor back and forth before raising his hands, "I\'m in! I would kill to be a part of this."

"Alright, it\'s a deal then." Compass Carburettor nodded before condensing a sword, "You\'ll be briefed about everything in a few months."

"Rhizen, inform me first!" Dwun said as he was beheaded by Compass Carburettor. Immediately after, his body was absorbed by a Blood Vitality Grass that he stored in his storage bracelet.

Once this was done, he sighed, "Seven left. Dwun was the easiest."

"Will Straxia stand to reason with us?" He asked Rhizen.

"Even if she understands everything, she\'ll still fight us with all her might." Rhizen said, "That\'s her character. And she\'s probably anticipating her fight against you all along."
